About the Role:
We are hiring dedicated bilingual (English and Russian) online tutors to provide personalized academic support in Math and English Language Arts (ELA) to elementary and middle school students. In this role, you will work with individual students to deliver targeted instruction that helps them build skills, boost confidence, and achieve academic success. Fluency in both English and Russian is essential to meet the unique needs of the students effectively.

What You’ll Do:

• Work one-on-one with students to provide tailored, culturally responsive support in Math and ELA.
• Help students overcome challenges and build a strong foundation in both subjects.
• Foster a positive virtual learning environment that encourages curiosity and resilience.
• Collaborate with the instructional team and parents to support student progress.

Schedule:

• Days: Monday - Friday
• Time: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST
• Duration: February 5, 2025 – April 11, 2025

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Prior experience tutoring or teaching Math and ELA at the elementary and middle school level is preferred.
• Bilingual Skills: Fluent in both English and Russian, with the ability to provide academic support in both languages.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using online platforms for virtual tutoring sessions and adapting to digital tools.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to connect effectively with students and parents.
• Team Player: Collaborative spirit and a willingness to work with the instructional team.
• Passion: A commitment to educational equity and supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
• Availability: Must be able to work the specified schedule consistently.
