What You’ll Do:

As an Education Champion, you’ll deliver K-5 reading, writing, and math tutoring, and/or support high school students in Regents test prep. You’ll work with small groups or one-on-one, collaborating with teachers and school leaders to design effective, personalized learning strategies that help students gain confidence and mastery.

We’re Looking For:

• 🎓 Driven Educators: Degree-seeking students or graduates with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a related field.

• ❤️ Brooklyn Believers: You’re passionate about giving back to your community and helping underserved students thrive.

• 📚 Academic Strength: Strong in core elementary subjects or high school-level Regents content areas (especially Algebra I, Living Environment, and ELA).

• ⏰ Dependable and Flexible: You’re available 10–35 hours a week and can commit to working at an assigned Brooklyn school.

• 🤝 Team Player: You're excited to partner with school staff and fellow tutors to drive student growth.
